Charityquake Welcomes You

“. . . . and the Lord God will cause the heavens to shake for your good and His name’s glory.”

About Us

The mission of Charityquake is to provide guidance and support to help disadvantaged individuals and families in the countries of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, and Montenegro to and overcome hardship and become not only
secure, but also self-reliant and contributing members of the community.
We have contemplated this effort as we have served the people in these Balkan countries in our capacities as ecclesiastical ministers with decades-long friendships. This includes two of our founding members who are from this region by birth and parentage.
Eligibility for receiving help may take the form of coordination with friends, relatives, and local ecclesiastical leaders to determine need and develop a plan for assistance. We hope to lend people a hand, lift them up to stand on their own two feet, then also to walk with them on their journey as they continue forward.

Our Approach

Charityquake's fourfold approach to improving the lives of individuals and families in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro:

1.  Restoration of Damage from Natural Disasters

2.  Small Business Startup Assistance and Ongoing Support

3.  Vocational and Educational Assistance

4.  Support for the Disadvantaged in Isolated Locations

Putting things back together

We realize there is more to do well after the initial moments after a natural disaster.  Often, a long term commitment is the biggest effort.

Empowering Families and Individuals

Our approach to helping people on the path to self-reliance means providing a boost to get started, but also long term mentoring and guidance.

Charityquake Begins!

Charityquake earned its non-profit status on October 5, 2022 and began seeking donations in November, 2022.  Since then, we have been pleasantly surprised at the generosity of so many people who have donated time and resources to this effort.  We're looking forward to an exciting and successful operation to provide people with life-changing support on their journey to self-reliance.
